If using as an overnight conditioner, cover your hair (with a plastic cap, for example) to prevent the oil from seeping onto your bonnet and pillowcase.
The versatile Rosemary Wash Day Oil can be used for many benefits in many different ways:

Make a hair mist for detangling: Add 10-20 drops of oil to water (preferably distilled or purified). Mix well and spray on hair. Carefully detangle hair.

Pre-Shampoo: (Wet or Dry Hair) Section hair, add 5-10 drops of oil to palms and apply directly to hair root to ends. Let sit for a minimum of 5 minutes covered or uncovered. Then shampoo.

Add to a shampoo for hard water protection: Add 3-5 drops of oil to a shampoo (if the shampoo no longer lathers, you’ve added too much oil).

Add to a conditioner (wash out): Add 10 or more drops (depending on hair thickness) to conditioner and mix well. Apply to damp hair and follow conditioner’s instructions.

Use as a conditioner: Section damp, clean hair, add 5-10 drops of oil to palms and apply to hair root to ends. Let sit for 15-30 minutes covered.

Hair Mask: Add 3-5 drops of oil to hair mask and mix well before applying to hair. Follow mask instructions for further use.
