Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 7 PM CT may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment. Expedited Shipping (UPS): Available at checkout; delivery times vary by service. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Signature Requirement
Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery to reduce theft risk.
Heat-Sensitive Products
CHIMERA Natural is based in Central Texas, where temperatures can be extreme. Some products may soften or harden during transit due to heat or cold. This is normal and does not affect product performance.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. CHIMERA Natural is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
Damaged in Transit
Report damage within 5 days of receipt by emailing support@chimeranatural.com with: 1) Order number, 2) Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (including shipping label), 3) Brief description of the issue. A pre-shipping photo may be provided by CHIMERA Natural on a case-by-case basis. We will assist with carrier damage claims. If the carrier confirms fault, we will replace the product or issue store credit, at our discretion.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If marked Delivered but not received: 1) Check with household members or neighbors, 2) Verify your shipping address, 3) Wait 24–48 hours for delayed scans. If still missing, contact the carrier to open a trace and email us the claim number. CHIMERA Natural is not responsible for packages after carrier delivery confirmation, but we may offer courtesy support at our discretion.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal may be reshipped once received. Reshipment fees apply; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Carrier Claims
CHIMERA Natural will assist with claims for damage, loss, or missing contents. Claims must be filed within carrier deadlines and require photos and documentation. Replacement or store credit is issued only after carrier confirmation and when the carrier is at fault.
Return Policy Summary
No refunds; we encourage customers to try samples or smaller sizes first. Returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated in writing. For non-shipping product concerns, contact us within 7 days of receipt for support options.
